Objections? Might replace the exclamationmark behind the Note with a colon, to look friendlier.
Also asked if the template could be added to MediaWiki:Talkpagetext. Would be more efficient than edding it manually on top of talkpages and it's only visible when needed (read: when people enter the editor on a talkpage).

Hm... I'll try to come up with something less disturbing after the weekend. Though I think it needs to be something with a different color than the rest of the wiki, since the current one fits that good in the regular style, that people don't notice it. Maybe just a friendly blue background will do the job... Will look into it. :-) Have a nice weekend!
