There are several steps through which you will be guided when entering the building. You will learn how to set your graphics settings to be able to see the spotlight effect.

The first teleport will take you to the the lobby, where you get information on how to set your viewer, for it to work.  
 
In each of the rooms which follow you will find more explanations on boards (web on prim) in various languages, each language clearly signposted with a flag.
