Here's the proposed schedule for Snowglobe 1.3:

• Week of 2009-10-23: Start Snowglobe 1.3 coding cycle
• Week of 2010-01-08: Snowglobe 1.3 release candidates
• Week of 2010-01-15: Release Snowglobe 1.3
