• [10:16] Jean Linden: so if you all have any thoughts on how you hope to maintain that all-inclusiveness maybe? that would help

• [10:17] Jean Linden: will you have a system so community leaders could come to you for representation?

• [10:17] Zai Lynch: so any resident might shedule a class there... that would be a way of participation even for non-,mentors
• [10:19] Frederike Rau: but there should be a clear concept or everzthing will end in chaos
• [10:19] Monalisa Robbiani: we will need people designated to communicate with the other groups, not just mentors

• [10:20] Jean Linden: This will be challenging to organize - I think making it as public to the greater communities as possible will be good

• [10:21] Jean Linden: You'll have to be upfront about the no advertising bit, that will come first
• [10:21] Frederike Rau: but if we have a clear structure would it be possible

• [10:23] Jean Linden: also if there are disputes, how will they be handled
• [10:23] Frederike Rau: true its difficult but u can present ur group as a solidary help group

• [10:23] Jean Linden: also, if there are problems, griefers, whatever - will there be a monitoring system of some sort

• [10:29] Jean Linden: that are PG, since the goal - or at least I would think this is a goal but correct me if I'm wrong

• [10:31] Jean Linden: but I had listed that one of the eventual goals is that if this goes well, we can bring it to the New User Experience team and see how we can get it into the entry process, postOI, etc. after the first 3 months

• [10:32] Zai Lynch: fr43k Paine has a neat class at NCI on "how to deal with griefing". how to file effective abuse reports, how to find particle spam (even if it's a scripted micro prim), how to turn off particles, how to return stuff from land, kick / ban / mute users... she's a german mentor as well so i think we could make her class obligatory for any new german land officer at these islands

• [10:34] Jean Linden: IF we're totally approved and IF it successful, then we will consider expanding the test

• [10:36] Zai Lynch: there is a question on non-profit that danziel had. he is a member of the VHS who are offering educational classes. the are certified as educational by LL as far as i know. but they are taking money although they cound as "non-profit". would this be O:K: for these islands too?

• [10:39] Zai Lynch: yes, but the question was: would it be O.K. to host a class with an entry fee at these islands (the ones we're talking about atm) in case the organisation counts as "non-profit"? or should it all be free
