HOW TO SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET?

  • After logging in, you should now see your dashboard.

  • Click on "Help". You have to click on the actual word "Help" instead of displaying the drop down menu by hovering over it.
Click on Help.
  • On the right hand side, where it says "Premium Support", click on Contact Support.
Click on Contact Support.
  • Where it reads "Still can't find an answer?", In the second sentence, click on the words that say "Submit a Support Case form". Yes, those words.

  • Select the type of issue you are having from the drop down menu and fill out the rest of the form.

Submitting a Guest Ticket
