HOW TO ACCESS LIVE CHAT?
- First, go to the Second Life websiteand log into your account.
- After logging in, you should now see your dashboard.
- Click on "Help". You have to click on the actual word "Help" instead of displaying the drop down menu by hovering over it.
- On the right hand side, where it says "Premium Support", click on Contact Support.
- Where it reads "Still can't find an answer?", In the second sentence, click on the words that say "Live Chat". Yes, those words.
- Finally, when you are ready to chat with our Live Chat Support, just click on "Start Chat".
