STORM-1016 Crash: ctrl-shift-w hides undocked Side Bar panels if almost any floater is opened

STORM-357 Gestures button is in the pressed state after drag-n-drop but gestures list isn't visible
STORM-971 'Stop Tracking' menu item is still enabled in Mini-map floater after you stopped tracking in Nearby mini-map
STORM-1064 People sidebar panel elements have inconsistent widths and map is slightly too tall

Clicking 'More info' in an un-docked side panel may open a floater that cannot be closed STORM-1115 [VWR-25355] Empty floater created upon docking Places side panel. If 'More info' is clicked in an un-docked side panel, a new, empty floater may be created that cannot be closed. This is a known problem for both the Places and Inventory side panels, but may impact others.

With this release, we support Second Life Viewer versions 2.6.1 (225680), 2.6.0 (225006), and 1.23 (1.23.5), and Second Life Beta Viewer version 2.6.2 (225236).
