Added Template:LSL Wikibook Index to page, cleaned up navigation bar top and line at bottom directing reader to next and previous pages. Mino typo fixes. This page has a large white space at top because I need to do some creative editing to keep the script from running over the info box and so I left it like this for now because it's easier to read even if the formatting isn't perfect, yet.
