About: Rolig Loon

Clothing designer, builder, novice scripter ... Manager of the Info Island International sim, coordinator of Second Life Librarians Virtual Reference group (SLLVR).... Not a librarian in RL, but deeply involved with librarians in SL. I've done a lot of landscaping and have created exhibits on various library islands.

I'm fairly skilled with Photoshop and have been surprised to discover that I have flair for creating clothing. I'm slowly adding pics to this page to illustrate some designs that I'm particularly proud of.
I'm not a professional programmer, but I've been writing programs for my own purposes since the early Fortran IV days. I'm a quick study and I enjoy a good puzzle. The scripts I write would probably make a pro shudder because they aren't optimized for efficiency and I'm not a fanatic about being consistent with formatting. They work, though, and I learn a little more every time I face a new challenge.

RL is a mystery and I prefer to leave it that way, so don't ask.

Please leave me a note on my User_Talk page. I can't promise to respond quickly, but I won't ignore you. Honest.

This is a nice, light spring dress with a delicate rose print.

Here's a simple off-the-shoulder basic black dress with a bow on the hip and an onyx pin at the shoulder.
