Debug Settings

Thanks for your work on Debug Settings. It would make more sense to put the links to the (currently non-existent) Setting pages (e.g. Debug Setting AdvanceSnapshot) within the table itself. Listing them all up-front is redundant and confusing, and makes an already long article much longer.

I see you have implemented Template:Debug All Settings with some fancy footwork and parser functions. That exceeds my current wiki knowledge, so if you could make that change, it would be awesome.
