The estateowner has chosen this motto for his carefully designed sim Thira, a lovely tropical ambience with picked prefabs, flora and terrain.
The sim hosts a few very exclusive rentals, a marina and a yacht club. In the southwest corner an important infrastructure of the surrounding Gay Archipelago Continent (GA), the GA Travel & Tourist Agency, called "TnT" can be found.
