Test instructions
- Report any difficulties found while testing.
Tests
- Create a box
- Scale the box up to 20m by holding down ctrl+shift and dragging the corner scale widget.
- Scale the box up to 64m by holding down ctrl+shift and dragging the corner scale widget.
- Deselect the box.
- Alt-zoom on the box.
- Orbit your camera around the box.
- Edit the box.
- Move the box around by dragging the position widgets
- Scale the box by holding down ctrl+shift and dragging the red, green ,or blue scale widgets.
- Scale the box down to 1m by holding down ctrl+shift and dragging the corner scale widget.
- Upload the duck.dae model.
- Verify you can scale it up to 64m.
- Attach the duck to your avatar.
- Verify you can scale the duck up and down while it is attached.
- Detach the duck. (note: Dropping a mesh is not supported. A helpful error message should pop up when you try to drop a mesh.)
- Upload the simplebot.dae with Skin Weight and Joint Positions.
- Attach the simplebot to your avatar.
- Verify you can scale the simplebot up and down while it is attached, but the simplebot continues to look the same size as your avatar.
- Upload Seymour.dae
- Rez the mesh and scale it up to avatar size.
- Edit the mesh, and click Select Face in the edit tools.
- Left-click on the forehead, and set the Color.
- Verify the face changes color, but the rest of the body does not.
