| I saw you article about [[Packet Loss]] and later realized that it was a copy of {{slkb|4237|this KB article}}. I know it's a stupid and annoying thing, but I wanted let you know that we're currently not allowed to copy and paste articles from the KB to the Wiki, due to copyright problems (see [http://vteamblog.com/2008/03/24/qa-support-portal-with-maurice-linden/ 1], [[User:Jeremy_Linden/Office_Hours/2008-8-15|2]], [http://vteamblog.com/2008/10/16/qa-documentation-team-the-knowledge-base-transcript-101608-11am-pdt/ 3]). The KB is under a different license than the Wiki and - even after a few Requests - this doesn't seem to change anytime soon. The last thing I heard about it is:
