| Re: default time. Yup, it's UTC. You can change it in your prefs, though. | Dan - hi, I'm working with Rob Linden on making some edits to the Open Source wiki. Specifically looking to make the page "Submit Patches" the primary page, remove the page Optimize the Code, merge the content from Implement New Features in to the Submit Patches page and add a reference to a new filter in JIRA that shows all the existing unresolved feature requests. Since you are the main contributor to these pages, i just wanted to give you a heads up that I would like to move ahead with these edits and get your buy in.
