With the improvement of region border crossing in Second Life it is now practical to have a train with riders travel from one region to another. The V4 series of narrow gage engines, carriages and wagons is now available at the Kitto Flora Engineering store in Yeodeol.


Kitto's Toys has been renamed to Kitto Flora Transportation to reflect the primary product line. Kitto's Toys are still available at the store.

The development of the V4 series has been long and tedious, requiring changes to methods used by the older V3 single region trains, track switches and signals for compatibility with the V4 Series. Ride the new Wengen to Smithers Bluff Railcar line while you can. I built the Wengen to Okemo Gorge section, sponsored by Sejong Linden who has a great vision for SL. It connects to the ONSR railcar line that runs from Okemo Gorge down to Smithers Bluff. This is likely the only long-line rail service operational in SL at present.
 
The future of the Wengen to Okemo Gorge section is in doubt now, due to Linden Lab politics.
