Screenflow captures
- Crop canvas size to 1024x768. You may need to have Snap to Front Window checked until you snap it to 1023x789. Then, uncheck that, zoom in a bit, and scale to the right dimensions.
- Remove my own mic track.
- Uncheck Show Mouse Pointer.
- Export as 5000 kbps H.264 with 192 kbps stereo audio, AAC.
