Unfortunately, there are more than one. This one, https://wiki.secondlife.com, is officially supported by Linden Lab. However, it is still incomplete.
There is another Wiki that is independent of Linden lab at lslwiki.net[1]. It contains excellent information, but the website has suffered reliability issues in the past. In the Developer Resources list, there are three others, all of which are mirrors of lslwiki.net.
For those who are concerned with https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Project:Terms_of_Service please read the Terms of Service. Certainly, no copyrighted material should be posted to any Wiki. If any is found, notify the copyright holder immediately.
