"Today, after more than a century of electric technology, we have extended our central nervous system itself in a global embrace, abolishing both space and time as far as our planet is concerned."
[McLuhan], Understanding Media, 1964.
My Profile
The Second Life® - "your world of your imagination" - was created in order to provide enormous creative freedom. The "Fathers" of the Second Life® choose to mirror the real world in many important aspects - to establish a place that is familiar, comfortable and fully saturated with one`s right to choose.
But before I will introduce You - Dear Reader- to the rest of this page let's talk about one obvious fact. Technology - honestly, I have always been in trouble to find one, unique definition for it.
We all see that technology in a significant way has helped, and still is helping any community to construct the image of our existence.
We create tools which serve for manipulation of natural and social processes.
Look around - yes You, Dear Reader - look around and I am sure that You see the same examples of the permanent artifacts which have served our social utility as I do - phones, ipods, computers ... Face the Truth.
One of the main results of creating and applying these tools in the real environment has made two significant transformation in human activity.
The first, includes changes in the way of perceiving our own perception as well as perception of others on both, social and psychological bases. The second, successively familiarizes mankind with the era of information - converting configurations of interpersonal relations.
In the face of these alterations, the person has the possibility of better understanding the second person, and on the communicative basis has the possibility to observe consolidation of social bonds and improving interpersonal contacts.
And here we are ... in the synthetic world the Second Life®!
I have much more to say in regard to new media technology and I will share it with You (I promise), but predominately I want to ask You about one small thing. Psyched up?
Open Your eyes to new medium for interpersonal communication which creates the opportunity for birth of digital lives :)
Only then You will be able to understand my passion and devotion for exploration of the Second Life®.
Schedule of Day
I have many things to do when I am login in.
And I really like to hear this awesome and refreshing sound of up-coming IM! But - I spend more and more time working offline, thus please forgive me if I do not respond right away.
First, I am coordinator and co-owner of the Polish Community project which its foundation has found in voluntary help for all Polish Residents in the Second Life®.
From March 28, 2009, Polish Community has entered to international program of the Community Gateway. Our mission and goals have been accelerated even more,
and we are honored to serve in building Polish community in the Second Life® world.
Credits of gratitude and recognitions are directed to the hands of many - I am privileged to work with the greatest Team ever - Polish Community :)
Secondly, I help Second Life's® Residents and mentor them to get on the track how they can immerse with this synthetic world.
Every single day is delightful proof, how far human creativity has come. In addition, what is the most beautiful and appealing about this world, is that we all exist in collaborative - electronic environments, where our prediction and cognition have never before been so powerful in mapping ours hidden dreams and goals.
I am always open and ready to help You in-world.
Just send me IM or email and I will be happy to answer your questions.

Tabula Rasa of Exploration
Despite sad fact that I do not have so much time for pure exploration of Second Life® as I would like to have sometimes, I love love love landscaping, exterior design and machinima!
When time for reflection arrives ... my Second Life® world celebrates subjectivity, bricolage and eclecticism.
Echo of Chantal Mouffe's "Radical Democracy: Modern or Postmodern" [from Universal Abandon?. ed. Andrew Ross (Minneapolis: University of Minesota Press, 1988), p.44] can be heard:
"[W]e are in fact always multiple and contradictory subjects, inhabitants of a diversity of communities ... constructed by a variety of discourses and precariously and temporarily sutured at the intersection of those subject positions."
