Sculpted prims may only use 1 Land Impact, but they have a higher unseen impact on your build.
Of the three types of object available (prim, sculpted, and mesh) the sculpted prim has the highest impact.

Physics shape of each type prim, sculpted is the highest poly count.
Each object has a weight:

Prim Cube - 0.1 Physics, 0.5 Server, and 389 Display -
Mesh Cube - 0.4 Physics, 0.5 Server, and 269 Display -
Sculpted Cube - 1.8 Physics, 0.5 Server, 766 Display
