All sims look like a tropical beach paradise, with excesive vegetation. Land is divided into parcels both by water channels and by elevated land. There are low mountains between parcels and also between channels. Every sim has access to water.
In central sim Seduction Isle there is the highest Altitude, 98 meters.
Land is owned by a single estate and is available for sale. Also, there is Protected Land. Land With Restricted Access is present, but the entity orbs allow you to move in time.
