- [13:05 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Hey Jon, Kate, Becky!
- [13:05 SLT] Kate Linden: I'm excited about more video goodness in KB articles.
- [13:05 SLT] Becky Pippen: Hi Jeremy!
- [13:05 SLT] WidgetHUD v1.1 (Mono): Becky Pippen has pinged you.
- [13:05 SLT] Jon Linden: hello jeremy, welcome to documentation office hour!
- [13:05 SLT] WidgetHUD v1.1 (Mono): Jon Linden has pinged you.
- [13:05 SLT] Kate Linden: Hi Jeremy!
- [13:05 SLT] WidgetHUD v1.1 (Mono): Kate Linden has pinged you.
- [13:06 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Sorry I'm late... my house is the only one with power anywhere nearby... even my dad got sent home from work due to a "state of emergency".
- [13:06 SLT] Jon Linden: wow
- [13:06 SLT] Jeremy Linden: So... I have to show all my visitors how to work the oven, apparently :-)
- [13:06 SLT] Jon Linden: what exactly happened? did ice fall from the sky, or did water fall from the sky and subsequently freeze to everything?
- [13:07 SLT] Jeremy Linden: It's a unique thing I've only seen once before...
- [13:07 SLT] Kate Linden: This was some ice storm. The trees are frozen, branches falling from the weight of the ice.
- [13:07 SLT] Becky Pippen: wow
- [13:07 SLT] Jeremy Linden: It rained, but the rain froze onto trees like icicles, and shattered them.
- [13:07 SLT] Jon Linden: ah, i see
- [13:08 SLT] Kate Linden: Lots of people still without power around here.
- [13:08 SLT] Jon Linden: there must've been a hell of a lot of it
- [13:08 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Trees wind up looking like this: http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k10/stopbythursday/26f69a25.jpg
- [13:08 SLT] Becky Pippen: wow that's crazy
- [13:08 SLT] Kate Linden: Yes. That' s how my backyard looks right now.
- [13:08 SLT] Jon Linden: are there people milling around in your house right now?
- [13:08 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Yeah. I actually saw a bunch of transformer explosions last night.
- [13:09 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Right now it's just my parents visiting. They're bringing other friends from nearby, though.
- [13:09 SLT] Jon Linden: heh
- [13:09 SLT] Phli Foxchase: *Rrrrr*
- [13:09 SLT] Jon Linden: hello Phli, welcome to Documentation Office Hour!
- [13:09 SLT] Phli Foxchase: Hello!
- [13:09 SLT] Becky Pippen: Hi Phil
- [13:09 SLT] Kate Linden: Hi Phli :)
- [13:10 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Hi Phli. Long time no see!
- [13:10 SLT] Kate Linden: Hello Vista
- [13:10 SLT] Vista Questi: Hello Kate
- [13:10 SLT] Jeremy Linden hopes that ladder works.
- [13:10 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Guess not.
- [13:10 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Hi Vista. Welcome to Documentation Office Hours.
- [13:11 SLT] Phli Foxchase: I would like to know if you plan to translate the support in french
- [13:11 SLT] Jon Linden: you mean the Knowledge Base? yes
- [13:11 SLT] Phli Foxchase: : )
- [13:11 SLT] Phli Foxchase: how many question are in the KB ?
- [13:11 SLT] Vista Questi: thx! I normally don't get to visit during these hours but yay! my humans between rl jobs so we get all the SL we want, until he picks up the phone. :3
- [13:12 SLT] Jon Linden: we're working on getting some infrastructure in place that will help each language community perform translations
- [13:12 SLT] Vista Questi: that google tranaslator just doesn't quite do it?
- [13:12 SLT] Jon Linden: phli, that's a good question
- [13:13 SLT] Phli Foxchase: the google translation is horrible
- [13:13 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Google Translate is a good start, but it doesn't produce professional results. Humans are needed to catch any errors or meaning the computer misses.
- [13:13 SLT] Phli Foxchase: :p
- [13:13 SLT] Phli Foxchase: nobody would understand a Google french translation for tehcnical questions
- [13:14 SLT] Vista Questi: that's an AWWWWFUL lot of translating to do
- [13:14 SLT] Jeremy Linden: It cetainly is! That's why we're hoping to get help from the community :-)
- [13:14 SLT] Vista Questi: that makes sense, it works conversationally, inworld, it seems (or whatever my translator uses).. haven't haad any tragedy, so far, anyway. ^_^
- [13:14 SLT] Jon Linden: phli, i would say there are probably somewhere between 580 and 630 distinct articles in the Knowledge Base
- [13:14 SLT] Phli Foxchase: erf, poor Noelle Linden
- [13:15 SLT] Jon Linden: Doc Team, what do you think?
- [13:15 SLT] Kate Linden: I was thinking between 500 - 800 also. Not sure of the exact number.
- [13:15 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Wait... our French-speaking Lindens are Elle and Noelle?
- [13:15 SLT] Jon Linden: hello Gokart, welcome to Documentation Office Hour
- [13:15 SLT] Phli Foxchase: Elle is a liason
- [13:15 SLT] Phli Foxchase: liaison*
- [13:16 SLT] Kate Linden: Yes, she is on a team that handles International support.
- [13:16 SLT] Phli Foxchase: Noelle is working on the translation
- [13:16 SLT] Gokart Zanzibar: uh joj
- [13:16 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Right. I just thought it was a funny coincidence. "Elle", and "No Elle".
- [13:16 SLT] Phli Foxchase: ^^
- [13:16 SLT] Jon Linden: hahaha
- [13:16 SLT] Kate Linden: lol
- [13:16 SLT] Vista Questi: no Elle? but thisis Christmas time! there HAS to be a Noel :3
- [13:17 SLT] Kate Linden: Hi Simone, welcome to Documentation Office Hour.
- [13:17 SLT] Kate Linden: *Simon
- [13:17 SLT] Simon Kline: hehe ty! :D
- [13:17 SLT] Vista Questi stares at her lack of logic. :P
- [13:17 SLT] Simon Kline: hi everyone :D
- [13:17 SLT] Vista Questi: Hi Simon!
- [13:17 SLT] Phli Foxchase: Hi Simon !
- [13:17 SLT] Jon Linden: does anybody have questions or issues today?
- [13:17 SLT] Jon Linden: documentation-related, of course?
- [13:18 SLT] Simon Kline: my questions was why does jon look like a bowl of fruit heh
- [13:18 SLT] Jon Linden: this is a jello mold and the fruit is for added deliciousness
- [13:18 SLT] Kate Linden: He is wise fruit that has swallowed the Knowledge Bear.
- [13:18 SLT] Simon Kline: hehehehhe ^^
- [13:18 SLT] Vista Questi: I came to listen and learn. :)
- [13:19 SLT] Jon Linden: vista, can we listen and learn from you, too? (there are questions i always ask newcomers to this office hour)
- [13:20 SLT] Vista Questi: well in my 14 months here i learned inworld by reading notecards, bugging fellow furs endlessly with questions
- [13:20 SLT] Jon Linden: did you become part of a group to do that?
- [13:20 SLT] Vista Questi: it's worked out quite well so far 'cause the ones I know know TONS.
- [13:20 SLT] Vista Questi: nah just moved into fur valley and ended up meeting lots of folks
- [13:21 SLT] Vista Questi: i travel a LOT or used to before i got the OS to sandbox in
- [13:21 SLT] Vista Questi: now it's less travel and more 'apply'
- [13:21 SLT] Jon Linden: interesting
- [13:21 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Hmm... Meeting other knowledgeable Residents seems to be a common theme when we ask this question.
- [13:21 SLT] Vista Questi: the help portals and wiki and so on are useful tools if u know what ur looking for
- [13:21 SLT] Vista Questi: it's FUN to teach as i quickly found out
- [13:21 SLT] Jon Linden: the notecards you mentioned earlier -- where'd they come from?
- [13:22 SLT] Vista Questi: by going back ovoer to help/orientation to help others, and give back what was so ffreely given to me
- [13:22 SLT] Vista Questi: well hmm! in a YEAR? I don't use them ujch now except when they come with what i buy hmmm!
- [13:22 SLT] Vista Questi: i guess it was from info kiosks at info hubs
- [13:22 SLT] Vista Questi: and stuff available at nearby newbiefriendly places
- [13:22 SLT] Vista Questi: a lot of it is u see
- [13:22 SLT] Vista Questi: um most avs have 3 basic questions
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: what is it
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: what does it do
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: and
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: where is the money
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: MY third question was;/is
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: can i do that, too?
- [13:23 SLT] Jon Linden: hmmmmm!
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: so i found out how! mostly by reading what came with whatever i go0t, taking it apart and pputting it back together or recreating it
- [13:23 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh! That fourth question was always my favorite :-)
- [13:23 SLT] Simon Kline: and how do i win heh
- [13:23 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Would you guys like it if we chose an interesting, possibly obscure topic from the Knowledge Base to talk about (or better yet, apply) each week?
- [13:23 SLT] Vista Questi: what else i see are volunteer mentors that hang out and answer questions about how to 'be' sorta, in thisworld
- [13:24 SLT] Vista Questi: pick one now, let's see what happens?!
- [13:24 SLT] Kate Linden: Do you think its common knowledge inworld to pull out the HIP (Help Island Public) link from inventory and head over to ask mentors for help when needed?
- [13:25 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Well, I've got a quick one from the KB...
- [13:25 SLT] Jon Linden: that's a good question, kate
- [13:25 SLT] Vista Questi: hmm i don't know if it's COMMON or not, but i instinctively knew that's where to look for one the 3x i ever needed them .
- [13:25 SLT] Jon Linden: what about the rest of you?
- [13:25 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Who here is familiar with how to create a link to a Knowledge Base article?
- [13:26 SLT] Jon Linden: ooh, nice one, jeremy
- [13:26 SLT] WidgetHUD v1.1 (Mono): Jon Linden has pinged you.
- [13:26 SLT] Simon Kline: i think it's fairly well known.. i've had lots of people come to hip asking for help.... but what percentage of the populaton know to do that i don't know
- [13:26 SLT] Jon Linden: dig
- [13:26 SLT] Vista Questi: a link? from where?
- [13:26 SLT] Jon Linden: like if you want to give someone a link to a specific article in the Knowledge Base
- [13:26 SLT] Jeremy Linden: http://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&questionID=5402
- [13:26 SLT] Vista Questi: just cutpaste into chat, is how i do any external links
- [13:27 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Sadly, that doesn't usually work with the KB.
- [13:27 SLT] Vista Questi: no kidding! well, what's the way, then?
- [13:27 SLT] Simon Kline: i was working on an inworld device that searches the kb but it was too tricky to get around the security it seems to use
- [13:28 SLT] Kate Linden: Simon, would your device be able to pick up gestures that contain KB links?
- [13:28 SLT] Vista Questi: it should work if they drop it ack into the OS browser i would think?
- [13:28 SLT] Simon Kline: hmmm what do the gestures do.. do they give them to chat?
- [13:29 SLT] Kate Linden: yes
- [13:29 SLT] Kate Linden: I'll send a few over, one sec
- [13:29 SLT] Simon Kline: ohh ty
- [13:29 SLT] Jeremy Linden: It only works if they're already logged into the Support system. To give them a link that will always work, you need to create the link in the way shown in that article I just posted :-)
- [13:30 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Actually, I wonder if I can use the parcel media tools here to show the KB.
- [13:31 SLT] Kate Linden: It does work to show the page Jeremy, but does not allow for scrolling.
- [13:31 SLT] WidgetHUD v1.1 (Mono): Kate Linden has pinged you.
- [13:31 SLT] Vista Questi: i sorta figured.. :) most of the time i goggle my way into the portal the wiki or whatever i need but just for today i bookmarked the start point of the 3 i usually use.
- [13:31 SLT] Simon Kline: ty kate
- [13:31 SLT] Kate Linden: You're welcome Simon. :)
- [13:31 SLT] Jon Linden: just out of curiosity, vista, what are those starting points?
- [13:32 SLT] Vista Questi: the wiki, the suport portal and the help portal
- [13:32 SLT] Jeremy Linden: The Help Portal on the wiki?
- [13:33 SLT] Jon Linden: guys, i need to relog -- i shall return
- [13:33 SLT] Vista Questi: hee hee oops soryr make that two then i was distracted
- [13:33 SLT] Vista Questi: i almost never go in thru the front door , so to speak./
- [13:33 SLT] Vista Questi: my questions are usually pretty specific, now.
- [13:33 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. No worries. Actually, it's not a bad idea to bookmark the different portals. I should probably make a bookmark for the LSL portal, myself :-)
- [13:34 SLT] Vista Questi: well in the beginning there was NO WAY i was 'leaving' the world for even a microsecond
- [13:34 SLT] Kate Linden: One method of accessing the KB inworld, that goes unnoticed because of the media frame, is loading it into your Profile web tab. It's fully searchable. secondlife.com/kb
- [13:34 SLT] Simon Kline: hehe well you can go to help.. scripting portal to go to the scripting portal :D
- [13:34 SLT] Becky Pippen: Cool idea, Kate
- [13:34 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Kate, there's also the inworld browser, now.
- [13:34 SLT] Kate Linden: Yes, this opens the inworld browser.
- [13:34 SLT] Simon Kline: ooerr great idea kate :D
- [13:34 SLT] Phli Foxchase: I have a lot of friends who can't login since last friday and they always have the same message 'Your account will not be available until ~ Pacific Time'. Do you have an article about how to contact support for this technical bug ?
- [13:34 SLT] Vista Questi: i was wondering ifi could get thta to work.. so i would already be 'logged in'
- [13:35 SLT] Vista Questi: oh i was talking about html on a prim
- [13:35 SLT] Vista Questi: it would be GREAT for collaborative teaching.
- [13:35 SLT] Vista Questi: i wonder if his av got stuck on a sim
- [13:36 SLT] Jeremy Linden: I think there may be a specific ticket type for that... I'm checking now.
- [13:36 SLT] Kate Linden: Phli, there are a few reasons that come to mind. One is they may have a stuck presence. They may have been in a region that crashed and their avatar data is still being held by the region server. They can contact support.
- [13:36 SLT] Vista Questi: i had to reboot an OS to fix it, even a temporary ban didn't get rid of him, so he couldn't log back in while he was 'stuck'
- [13:36 SLT] Phli Foxchase: but they don't know how to contact the support
- [13:36 SLT] Phli Foxchase: and waht ticket to choose
- [13:36 SLT] Phli Foxchase: what*
- [13:36 SLT] Kate Linden: Yes exactly. A restart fixes it.
- [13:36 SLT] Vista Questi: f u know where is av is u can as the estate owner/managetr to reboot the sim or if it's mainland, a linden,i guess
- [13:37 SLT] Phli Foxchase: I know 4 residents who are stuck since few day and tonight the developers are rebooting the login servers
- [13:37 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. Kate has more experience with Region and login issues.
- [13:37 SLT] Phli Foxchase: for few days*
- [13:37 SLT] Kate Linden: If they are a premium account they can go to Live Chat or click on the Ticket submission button on our website support page.
- [13:37 SLT] Vista Questi: that stuff is impossible to find inworld if u don't know where it is, unless by chance he has some scripts running on him that the estate tools could see
- [13:38 SLT] Jeremy Linden: On the Support portal, I would probably choose the ticket type: Technical Issue > I can't log in
- [13:38 SLT] Vista Questi: just knowning the sim would be a big plus or bugging tech support. :)
- [13:38 SLT] Phli Foxchase: there is no specific ticket for 'ghost avatars'
- [13:38 SLT] Vista Questi: can't login would work
- [13:38 SLT] Jon Linden: hello Voipgirl, welcome to Documentation OFfice Hour!
- [13:38 SLT] Kate Linden: Jeremy pointed to the correct ticket type :)
- [13:38 SLT] WidgetHUD v1.1 (Mono): Kate Linden has pinged you.
- [13:38 SLT] Simon Kline: hi voipgirl :D
- [13:38 SLT] Voipgirl Turbo: hi there
- [13:38 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Hi Voipgirl. Welcome!
- [13:38 SLT] Vista Questi: belive it o not, the lindens know what they're doing! ;)
- [13:38 SLT] Jon Linden: Office, that is
- [13:39 SLT] Kate Linden: If they come to support, we can see where they are stuck and restart the region :)
- [13:39 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. For the Documentation Team, it's our job to know everything about how to use Second Life... and to tell as many people as possible!
- [13:39 SLT] Kate Linden: Hi Voipgirl
- [13:40 SLT] Phli Foxchase: ok, thank you :)
- [13:41 SLT] Vista Questi smiles, I guess i was quite the self-starter in that regard. I like it here so much it was like instant-grok, hee heee if u don't count the year i spent doing that, it never stops, actually. :P)
- [13:41 SLT] Jon Linden: nice
- [13:42 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. That's how I learned most of what I know about Second Life. I never wanted to spend L$ as a Resident, so I just figured out how to build and script everything myself :-)
- [13:42 SLT] Vista Questi: so basically then there's the wiki, the portal and 'the torley' , yes? <G> anythiing else i should be looking at?
- [13:42 SLT] Jon Linden: heheh
- [13:42 SLT] Jeremy Linden: We can almost assume that Torley has a direct brain link to the KB, wiki, public Jira, and blogosphere.
- [13:43 SLT] Vista Questi: curiosity is in my nature, I love this world eunf to ... well it's like my human liked motorcycles so he learned to rebuild engines while he was at it. ^_^
- [13:43 SLT] Jon Linden: so much the better that he became a recent addition to our own team!
- [13:43 SLT] Vista Questi: same for me, here
- [13:43 SLT] Kate Linden: woohoo!
- [13:43 SLT] Vista Questi: he's amazing i bet he never sleeps
- [13:43 SLT] Jon Linden: one thing that'll probably happen soon is our shifting of this office hour to a new day/time
- [13:44 SLT] Vista Questi: well that will show up on the office hours then, i hope.
- [13:44 SLT] Jon Linden: most assuredly
- [13:44 SLT] Jeremy Linden: When I first met Torley, before either of us were Lindens, he claimed he didn't know what real life was, and just "woke up" under a tree here (in Second Life) one day.
- [13:44 SLT] Simon Kline: lol
- [13:44 SLT] Jon Linden: that epitomizes torley's boundless enthusiasm to me
- [13:45 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Indeed.
- [13:45 SLT] Kate Linden: Vista, Lexie put together a neat Basic Resource Toolbox, which is great to pass along to new Residents of SL. http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Basic_Resource_Toolbox
- [13:45 SLT] Vista Questi: I 'woke up' @ tutorial island, i was on a segue at the time. :)
- [13:45 SLT] Simon Kline: i've gotta get to rl work :| have a fantastic day all :D
- [13:45 SLT] Becky Pippen: Take care, Simon
- [13:45 SLT] Jon Linden: have a good weekend, too
- [13:45 SLT] Kate Linden: Great to see you Simon! Hope to see you next week.
- [13:46 SLT] Vista Questi: oh good! this will be some intersting travel for me, i have onlyh visited like 5 infohubs in all my time here
- [13:46 SLT] Simon Kline: see yas next week :D
- [13:46 SLT] Vista Questi: okay that's on a notecard
- [13:47 SLT] Vista Questi: i was making up some landmarks yesterday to hand out but u know u have to check and make sure that that peaceful forest place u went to
- [13:47 SLT] Vista Questi: has NOT changed into a XXX sex club by now. ;)
- [13:47 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Heh. The Boston Lindens ran into that kind of trouble on our weekly tour a few weeks ago.
- [13:47 SLT] Vista Questi: don't wanna scare them away on their first week you know ^_^
- [13:48 SLT] Kate Linden: The Doc Team, until recently, published KB Articles of the week on the main blog. With a revamp going on to our blog page, we are on hold with it, but hope to be back to pointing out helpful articles soon. In the meanwhile, we've all jumped into Twitterville and have been suggesting articles there.
- [13:48 SLT] Jeremy Linden: One of the Brighton Lindens suggested an art gallery she had visited. Well, it was art... but not the kind she remembered :-)
- [13:48 SLT] Vista Questi: hee-hee-hee
- [13:48 SLT] Vista Questi: ill be sure to put a disclaimer of some sort in the notecard
- [13:48 SLT] Jon Linden: that is an excellent idea
- [13:49 SLT] Vista Questi: and anyway that's EXACTLY where some would want to go, so I'll make up a notecard of THAT stuff , too1
- [13:49 SLT] Vista Questi: I've been just about anywhere u can go, except for Gor
- [13:49 SLT] Vista Questi: here, u can explore ANYTHING quite safely , so I did! :")
- [13:50 SLT] Jon Linden: completely excellent
- [13:50 SLT] Vista Questi: i can't visit them all in a lifetime, but I bet I've been to abou 500, maybe more.. proabably about half i remember, the rest are forgotten, forgettable or derezzed
- [13:50 SLT] Jon Linden: are there any other questions or comments for the last ten minutes?
- [13:50 SLT] Jon Linden: vista, you are quite the explorer!
- [13:51 SLT] Kate Linden: There is a group in SL called SL Things To Do. It's the result of two groups merging, formed by Jenn Hienrichs. This group sends out LM's to cool places of interest each week.
- [13:51 SLT] Vista Questi: i can't express my love for this world except for that maybe i AM the happiest bunny here 9ask all my friends) and only Torley could be happier but HE"S not a bunny so that makes me the happiest FURRY in second life, anyway =^-^=
- [13:51 SLT] Jeremy Linden vaguely remembers a "Torlop" avatar.
- [13:52 SLT] Vista Questi: travel here is your BEST teacher.. 'cause it 'learns' u <giggle> in so many ways.
- [13:52 SLT] Vista Questi: how to see, move, interact, play, etc. etc.
- [13:52 SLT] Vista Questi: and u inevitably will run into folks who know more or less than you so always , ALWAYS the opportunity for learning
- [13:52 SLT] Kate Linden: I'm sure there are many cool groups that have great suggestions. This particular group checks out the locations before handing out the LMs.
- [13:53 SLT] Vista Questi: stuff changes, i try to stay current
- [13:53 SLT] Jeremy Linden: http://torley.com/a-guide-to-torleys
- [13:53 SLT] Vista Questi: i spent two days a couple of weeks ago, going tthrou ALL of my lms'
- [13:53 SLT] Vista Questi: that was TWO DAYS of 12 hours of travel whee!
- [13:53 SLT] Jon Linden: it also sounds like vista's had good luck running into people who are helpful as opposed to rude
- [13:53 SLT] Jon Linden: which is always nice
- [13:53 SLT] Vista Questi: i can't be griefed, and im meme-proof, also
- [13:54 SLT] Becky Pippen: A positive attitude attracts the same :-)
- [13:54 SLT] Vista Questi: it can't happen 'cause there's nothing for hatred or intolerance to 'grab' at
- [13:54 SLT] Vista Questi smiles
- [13:55 SLT] Vista Questi: i ran into a gor sim once, where i sorta had permission, i talke to a slave her master shows up all mad, i got out my lm's but just before i left
- [13:55 SLT] Vista Questi: while swhe was on her knees apolginzing to her 'master'
- [13:55 SLT] Vista Questi: she said
- [13:55 SLT] Vista Questi: i STILL think you're the cutest bunny, ever! ;)
- [13:55 SLT] Vista Questi grinsj
- [13:55 SLT] Vista Questi: it just works like that for me
- [13:55 SLT] Kate Linden: : )
- [13:56 SLT] Vista Questi: the gift of love, once given cannot be taken away
- [13:56 SLT] Vista Questi: only forgotten or laid aside
- [13:56 SLT] Vista Questi: well not <ME! I like it too much
- [13:56 SLT] Vista Questi: i guess ill head back to my sim and continue with my projects
- [13:56 SLT] Jeremy Linden: Thanks for coming and sharing!
- [13:57 SLT] Vista Questi: it was fun talking to you all, i got some good info, and im glad i had the time!
- [13:57 SLT] Kate Linden: If any of you have a suggestion for our KB, please do submit a ticket and I'll check it out :)
- [13:57 SLT] Jon Linden: we'll try to let everyone know when our office hour changes
- [13:57 SLT] Jon Linden: at the very least, there'll be a sign here!
- [13:57 SLT] Vista Questi: no worries ill keep myself posted.
- [13:57 SLT] Kate Linden: Yes, we will update the wiki OH page too.
- [13:57 SLT] Vista Questi: good idea!
- [13:57 SLT] Vista Questi: ttfn!
- [13:57 SLT] Kate Linden: OH is in my Profile too :)
- [13:58 SLT] Jon Linden: that seems like as good a place as any to call it a day, folks!
