Template:T/doc

This template can be used (mainly) in discussions or documentation whenever  wiki template syntax should be explained or if you want to show somebody else which template would be useful for some purpose. See also  wikipedia:Template:T.

Usage

Examples:

• {{T|Tag|highway|track}} results in: {{Tag|highway|track}}
• {{T|Platform Status}} results in: {{Platform Status}}

You can display up to 18 parameters including the mandatory template name in the first one. To show named parameters (containing an equal sign) you need to number this parameter explicitly:

• {{T|Collapse|2= text=Example }} results in: {{Collapse|text= Example }}

Synonyms

{{T|...}} and {{Tl}} and {{Template}} are equivalent.
