I'm enjoying Second Life since December 2006. For sure, what I love most is to meet new people and explore places, actually I'm always hanging around and you will often see me busy, but try to IM me anyway, I will answer and help if I can, or just say a warm hi.
In the beginning of this experience, I spent alot of time looking for any kind of tutorial and learning the basics of scripting and building, moreover trying to understand SL policy concerning lands. I felt that I had to understand how SL worked, before I could find my place and status here.
My resume... well, I've been working for a long period as event host and club manager. I am still a clubber, no way that I can change that. I enjoy very much to discover original clubs and see how owners chose the location and how they organize and manage staff. I pay attention to details, creativity and quality.
Also, I've always been fascinated by photography and the actual First Look version of Second Life, Windlight, is one of my latest hobbies. It's very useful to those (like me) who are not graphic professional and don't know much about post-processing.
/me is looking for beautiful landscapes and original details to be catched after precise environment editing.
/me always appreciates talented live dj's in SL and love to dance her thoughts away.

Everyone can help other residents.
You just need to be a good listener and very patient.
However, I suggest you to join the Second Life Volunteers program whether you wish to coordinate your effort with other thousands of volunteers. You can get more info in the Second Life Volunteer Portal.
As a Second Life Mentor, I'm assigned to Linguist and Scribe roles. This means that I can offer assistance to those Italian speaking residents who may have poor skills in the english language and also I'm helping with editing and translating several articles of this sl wiki.
If you have any doubt or question, I encourage you to try to figure it out by yourself, it can be much more rewarding :).
There are many helpful resources you may look at:
- Help Island Public - Inconvenience: this location is often very crowded and it's not always easy to get the information you need.
- Help Island Public 2 - It's a copy of the main Help Island, providing the same information, but it's much less crowded.
- The Second Life wiki - This is perfect if you don't want to leave your current location or you're not connected to the grid.
- The Second Life Support Portal - Submit a Support Ticket to get the information you require.
