Talk:Mesh/Mesh physics
I assume the volume V (second V) is in units of cubic metres. Is that right? Could this be added to the page ...

More queries: The "number of prims" in a linkset. Can there be an explicit statement that this is the number of standard prims plus the number of sculpted prims plus the number of meshes. (Although technically meshes are sculpted?). That is to say it is NOT the streaming cost.
The PRC equation can be simplified into a form where its behaviour is made a bit clearer. Oresumuing th present for reflects the logic used to make the formula and is useful for that purpose, perhaps both forms could be included. The simplification is: PRC = 0.1I + 0.04(H+V) + T^2/1000Z (using Z for the second V). This has the advantages that (a) each variable appears only once, (b)the dependence of triangle physics on the square ot the numbner of triangles is obvious.
