Open Source Policies, Resources for Open Contributions, and progressing contributions through the Snowstorm process.

Agenda
The agenda for the next meeting is:
- Any progress on OPEN-75 There are 3p-* repositories without any commits.? (Boroondas Gupte)
- I noticed I can file issues under jira project STORM, now, as well as move issues there. Am I allowed to do so? What are the criteria for that? (Boroondas Gupte)
- Are fixes for the causes of warnings (without much benefit than getting rid of the warning) like VWR-26066 Opening the map floater consistently produces a warning on stdout and debug console. wanted? (Boroondas Gupte)
- IMHO, reducing warnings (by fixing their causes, not by removing the warning) would make real issues stand out more and probably easier to debug.
- OPEN Issue Triage (Oz Linden)
