Seduction is formed of 14 sims and is a long and thin microcontinent. It is composed of a high number of islands. There is more dryland then flooded land. All sims look like a tropical beach paradise, with excesive vegetation. Land is divided into parcels both by water channels and by elevated land. There are low mountains between parcels and also between channels. Every sim has access to water.
In central sim Seduction Isle there is the highest Altitude, 98 meters.
Land is owned by a single estate and is available for sale. Also, there is Protected Land. Land With Restricted Access is present, but the entity orbs allow you to move in time.
