- Event Title: NCI Class: Animations: Creation & Use
- Date: Every Wednesday
- Time: 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. SLT
- Location: Usability Island - Auditorium
- Description: Tired of moving just like every other avatar on the grid?
There's no need to stay stuck in the rut of default animations. As with every other aspect of your Second Life, the way your avatar moves can be customized by you, and -- thanks to the generosity of Second Life citizens who have developed and freely distribute 3D animation software compatible with Second Life -- you don't need to spend a fortune to do so!
Learn how to create your own animations for Second Life using Avimator or QAvimator, how to upload them into Second Life and how to use them in-world.
In order to get the most out of this class, please download and install one of the following programs prior to the start of the class:
Avimator: http://www.avimator.com/
QAvimator: http://qavimator.org/
Come on down to Usability Island and get your groove on!
