This template provides a Help Header for articles related the 帮助首页 and automatically includes Template:Multi-lang as well. Furthermore, it automatically adds all pages to the Category:帮助首页. It is supposed to be used with Template:Help/zh-Hans.
Template developer info: This template changes it's style to "Torley 颜色" in case the variable TVT_c equals an asterisk. This is used in Template:TVT. There are also the variables noMultiLink and noCat, which switch off Template:Multi-lang or the inclusion in the Category:帮助首页, in case their value 等于 an asterisk.
