(Nella barra in alto di Second Life, scegliere Edit > Groups. Clicca sul gruppo Second Life Mentors, e premi il bottone info alla tua destra. Scegli il tasto in alto con scritto Members & Roles vicino a General situati nella parte alta della finestra. Potrete filtrare una lista dei mentor online attraverso la finestra dei members, potrete anche trovare la lista dei mentor buddie premendo su Roles. Se avete suggerimenti per facilitare questi processi sono ben accetti! Ci stiamo lavorando :)

Punteggiatura sulla responsabilità dei Mentor Buddy
La responsabilità di rispondere alle domande e alle richieste è discrezione dei Mentor Buddy. Se tu, come Mentor Bddy, sei occupato o irrangiungibile alle richieste di aiuto, VA BENE. Comunque, è tua responsabilità comuncare la propia presenza ai colontari che hanno bisogno del tuo aiuto, e/o richiedere che scrivano a un'altro Mentor Buddy se c'è nè bisogno. Durante le lezioni di orientamento, l'aiuto di un Mentor Buddy non c'è sempre e un mentor buddy potrebbe non essere disponibile su richiesta. Vogliamo che il ruolo di Mentor Buddy sia più libero possibile, ma cmq ricordatevi che avere maggiori reponsabilità è cmq qualkosa che và presa con molta cura.
Requirements for Maintaining Mentor Buddy Status
The primary purpose of the Mentor Buddy system is to help new volunteers get acquainted with the volunteer program by showing them the ropes. As such, we ask that Mentor Buddies be willing to be a guest speaker at at least one [1] orientation session for new volunteers. In order for this to work, VTeam members (in the future: Coaches!) who are hosting orientation sessions may review the list of online "Mentor Buddies" prior to an orientation session and ask one Mentor Buddy to attend the session. Because Second Life Volunteers are not required to volunteer at any set time, it is absolutely possible to defer the request to attend the session at a later date. We will maintain a list of those who have spoken and mark whether or not you would like to attend more than one of these orientation sessions.
Initial sign up for this position will not require that you speak in front of the orientation attendees. However, we ask that to secure this position over time that you do attend one session to represent yourself as a Mentor Buddy. No "cut off" date or deadline is set presently for speaking at these orientation sessions, and should one be created, due notice will be given to those who wish to maintain their status as Mentor Buddy.
