It is very hard for people to find the type of land they are looking for with them all mixed in together, especially for newer people who don't know there are different types.

While html has mature to make site more pretty and adaptiable without using hardcoded layout, it seem today a lot of sites are upgrading to this fixed with narrow mode that breaks a lot of browers out there.
