The agenda for the next meeting is:

1. As an OS contributor I would like a better way to track the progress of my proposed jira fix/change. The trouble I have with the current system (email to Oz) is I cannot tell where in the process my fix/new feature is--was the email I sent to Oz read when he was busy and skipped over, is the proposed fix queued up for review by the Product Team, does the Product Team like the idea but have requested some changes, etc.?
