3) we don't have access to change assignee for VWR tasks.
- Esbee will update VWR assignee until we get the new jira (est. Sept 7)
4) VWR uses a slightly different workflow - for example, unlike EXT, there's no "Revew completion" state, which means we'll have to come up with some new creative way to mark status for code reviews.
