[2014/04/10 15:00] Yuzuru (yuzuru.jewell): Hello, Jenna.
[2014/04/10 15:01] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Hi guys
[2014/04/10 15:01] Nal (nalates.urriah): Did anyone ask him how kinect is going to do facial expressions when they wear an Oculus?
[2014/04/10 15:01] Yuzuru (yuzuru.jewell): Hello, Maestro.
[2014/04/10 15:01] Jenna Felton: hi Everyone i missed
[2014/04/10 15:01] DG-X 3000 Mix Deck: Click on me to get dialog box
[2014/04/10 15:01] DG-X 3000 Mix Deck: Type /1a to get adjust dialog box
[2014/04/10 15:02] Inara Breen: Hi, Caleb, Simon, welcome back Maestro!
[2014/04/10 15:02] Yuzuru (yuzuru.jewell): I heard Oculus needs inner camera to catch the face image.
[2014/04/10 15:02] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): hey, someone at my booth! :P
[2014/04/10 15:02] Inara Breen: Heh... I asked that question myself , Nal after watching PR's SVVR presentation ....
[2014/04/10 15:02] Lucia Nightfire: dat heartbleed, so many neckbeards are trying to capitalize on that in these last few days
[2014/04/10 15:03] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Whose booth? The build tool 'Owner' field tells no lies   :-P
[2014/04/10 15:03] Inara Breen: ... although in fairness at SVVR he downplayed HMDs quite a lot.
[2014/04/10 15:03] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): well, you can DJ if you like, Tank
[2014/04/10 15:04] rcdsQueChatLog: Duckie Dickins, you can read the log here:
 http://rcds.nfshost.com/ques_view_chatLog.php?queOwner=llsl%3ARex+Cronon&queName=chatLog&pg=1
[2014/04/10 15:04] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Okay, here's the agenda: https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Server_Beta_User_Group#Agenda
[2014/04/10 15:06] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): haha no worries, maestro :D
[2014/04/10 15:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): So.. we don't have much in terms of update news
[2014/04/10 15:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): nothing rolled to the servers this week
[2014/04/10 15:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): though we do have an upcoming RC next week
[2014/04/10 15:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): with a high profile bug fix
[2014/04/10 15:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): which is this bug: http://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-5533
[2014/04/10 15:08] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): "llTeleportAgent() and llTeleportAgentGlobalCoords() can break any script in any attached object that contains a change event."
[2014/04/10 15:08] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Kelly found some race conditions which likely lead to the breakage, and the fix appears to work
[2014/04/10 15:08] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): right now it's on Aditi, in the DRTSIM-251 channel
[2014/04/10 15:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Ahern is on that channel..
[2014/04/10 15:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): though I found out that almost all of Ahern's parcels have scripts disabled
[2014/04/10 15:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): however, "Tehama" is also on that channel, and does allow scripts on some of its parcels
[2014/04/10 15:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): it's public access, so that's a good place to check the fix out if you're interested
[2014/04/10 15:10] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I've been out for a few weeks, so I'm a bit out of the loop in terms of recent meetings,
[2014/04/10 15:10] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): but I understand that we've been conducting some group chat tests
[2014/04/10 15:10] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): and that Simon wants to run another round of testing today
[2014/04/10 15:11] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I'm not aware of any other topics.. should we get straight to group chat stuff?
[2014/04/10 15:11] Simon Linden: Today's test is pretty simple, but I'm giong to be logging off and back in while we're bombarding the tests
[2014/04/10 15:12] Jenna Felton: /me hugs Maestro for the sim names
[2014/04/10 15:12] Nal (nalates.urriah): we wont say anything bad about you while you are gone... promise
[2014/04/10 15:12] Simon Linden: I'm looking into the overhead for group chat on maintaining that list of people in the chat ... I think it becomes heavy load in a group with a lot of people on line
[2014/04/10 15:13] Whirly Fizzle: Do you still want us us to TP about while spamming?
[2014/04/10 15:13] Simon Linden: If there is anyone that needs to join, please join "Group Chat Chat" and "Group Chat Test"
[2014/04/10 15:13] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Btw, in case you were worried, my neural implant surgery was a success. I'm typing this out through the bluetooth 3.0 dongle in my skull
[2014/04/10 15:13] Whirly Fizzle: lol
[2014/04/10 15:13] Simon Linden: Yes, region crossings help load it down .. the first message after you leave a region has to do extra work to find you
[2014/04/10 15:14] Simon Linden: ok ... please babble away and I'll yell "Stop" in a few minutes
[2014/04/10 15:17] Simon Linden: whispers: ok thanks - please stop!
[2014/04/10 15:17] Simon Linden: shouts: ok thanks - please stop!
[2014/04/10 15:17] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): secondlife:///app/group/19e6bef4-74bc-242c-e49f-94815cb3b494/about secondlife:///app/group/fa943583-23f5-3242-da23-52024f1e05c4/about
[2014/04/10 15:17] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): but im having fun!
[2014/04/10 15:17] Simon Linden: I have one more bit of fun, don't worry
[2014/04/10 15:17] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): lol
[2014/04/10 15:18] Simon Linden: So the next test ... same stuff, make lots of chat
[2014/04/10 15:18] Amaya Summers: didn't realize how fun flooding a chat is lol
[2014/04/10 15:18] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): now?
[2014/04/10 15:18] Simon Linden: Then also try closing the chat window for that group, wait a few seconds, and open it up again (from your groups list)
[2014/04/10 15:18] Whirly Fizzle: oki
[2014/04/10 15:19] Simon Linden: ok - fire away
[2014/04/10 15:20] Simon Linden: logging off and back ... brb
[2014/04/10 15:21] Nal (nalates.urriah): Chat babble yada yadaaaa yippee
[2014/04/10 15:21] Nal (nalates.urriah): Chat babble yada yadaaaa yippee
[2014/04/10 15:21] Nal (nalates.urriah): Chat babble yada yadaaaa yippee
[2014/04/10 15:21] Nal (nalates.urriah): Chat babble yada yadaaaa yippee
[2014/04/10 15:21] Nal (nalates.urriah): Chat babble yada yadaaaa yippee
[2014/04/10 15:21] Lucia Nightfire: dat chat log
[2014/04/10 15:21] Simon Linden: ok, thanks - that's enough!
[2014/04/10 15:21] Simon Linden: ok, thanks - that's enough!
[2014/04/10 15:22] Amaya Summers: you message went by so fast I think I missed it about 5 times lol
[2014/04/10 15:22] Zenith Subchair final p: whispers: Hi Inara Breen! Touch me for Menu. Say /1a to Adjust.
[2014/04/10 15:22] Minuet Voir: LOL
[2014/04/10 15:22] Simon Linden: lol I can't get Tank or Whirly to stop :P
[2014/04/10 15:22] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): woot, a wall of all my text!
[2014/04/10 15:22] Minuet Voir: Tank's a bad boy
[2014/04/10 15:23] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): achievement unlocked!
[2014/04/10 15:23] Amaya Summers: LOL
[2014/04/10 15:23] Whirly Fizzle: I stopped ages ago o.O
[2014/04/10 15:23] Lucia Nightfire: dat spam protection
[2014/04/10 15:23] Simon Linden: ok, great, thank you everyone ... that was good
[2014/04/10 15:23] Lucia Nightfire: have to keep unblocking all sources
[2014/04/10 15:23] Whirly Fizzle: lol
[2014/04/10 15:23] Minuet Voir: ahahaha
[2014/04/10 15:23] Whirly Fizzle: You left spam protection on while doing that? :D
[2014/04/10 15:23] Amaya Summers: never occurred to me to turn the spam pertection off.
[2014/04/10 15:24] Minuet Voir: spam protection is more annoying than spam
[2014/04/10 15:24] Lucia Nightfire: I was doing other things
[2014/04/10 15:24] Lucia Nightfire: it is for sounds, yes
[2014/04/10 15:24] Amaya Summers: I seem to be able to see everyone and chat.
[2014/04/10 15:24] Whirly Fizzle: L:ucia sets low limits :P
[2014/04/10 15:25] Lucia Nightfire: only my chat lines are lower than default
[2014/04/10 15:25] Lucia Nightfire: 30 instead of 70
[2014/04/10 15:25] Amaya Summers: brb
[2014/04/10 15:26] Whirly Fizzle: Is there any news about https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-5563 btw?
[2014/04/10 15:27] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I can confirm it, Whirly
[2014/04/10 15:27] Minuet Voir: yes please! I changed my pw a week ago, inventory hasn't updated :-(
[2014/04/10 15:27] Whirly Fizzle: So just wait for a fix I guess
[2014/04/10 15:27] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): we're not sure why it's not working - the script which is supposed to synchronize the accounts says that it updates them on aditi
[2014/04/10 15:27] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): yes
[2014/04/10 15:27] Whirly Fizzle: oki
[2014/04/10 15:27] Minuet Voir: the script lies ;-)
[2014/04/10 15:28] Jenna Felton: is the bug probably occurs with scripts compiled far ago and not occurs with new scripts so the old bytecode is compromised?
[2014/04/10 15:28] Minuet Voir: I should try on V3 perhaps ;-)
[2014/04/10 15:28] Lucia Nightfire: also, can you let https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/BUG-5671 simmer longer, I'd like that to be debated a little more before its closed and declared "Thank you for your suggestion." heh
[2014/04/10 15:28] Simon Linden: If anyone here wants me to manually trigger that update, send me a private IM now and I'll try to set it up. I don't want to get into the habit of that, but would liek to un-stick anyone that's blocked
[2014/04/10 15:29] Jenna Felton: (i thought you meant bug 5533 :) )
[2014/04/10 15:29] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Okay, you had me confused, jenna :)
[2014/04/10 15:29] Jenna Felton: sorry
[2014/04/10 15:29] Whirly Fizzle: Does anyone else see Tanks shoes rendered totally weird too?
[2014/04/10 15:30] Minuet Voir: yep
[2014/04/10 15:30] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): jenna, once a script is broken by BUG-5533, I don't think the change would un-break them
[2014/04/10 15:30] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): however it's supposed to prevent further scripts from becoming broken
[2014/04/10 15:30] Nal (nalates.urriah): I can't tell what Tank's shoes are doing...
[2014/04/10 15:31] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Kelly found some race conditions that occur if scripts run just as you TP
[2014/04/10 15:31] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): which ought to be addressed by the fox
[2014/04/10 15:31] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): fix
[2014/04/10 15:31] Jenna Felton: thank you Meastro
[2014/04/10 15:31] Lucia Nightfire: I wonder if that will address the set new to the region script true upon rez bug
[2014/04/10 15:31] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Yeah, Tank's shoes are rather 'interesting' to me too
[2014/04/10 15:32] Lucia Nightfire: *set script state
[2014/04/10 15:32] Simon Linden: I have a little viewer news ... I fixed that bug where terrain textures aren't updated if you change the heights or textures
[2014/04/10 15:33] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): hm, Kelly's comment didn't say anything about running scripts upon rez, Lucia
[2014/04/10 15:33] Lucia Nightfire: its not filed idt
[2014/04/10 15:33] Lucia Nightfire: its a rare bug too
[2014/04/10 15:33] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): so I doubt it would change that behavior where you try to set another script's state immediately as the object is rezzed (and the other script may not have been loaded yet)
[2014/04/10 15:33] Whirly Fizzle: Oh Good. that terrain bug was annoying
[2014/04/10 15:34] Lucia Nightfire: its were you set script state true for another script in the same object that hasn't been rezzed before in a region
[2014/04/10 15:34] Lucia Nightfire: upon rez
[2014/04/10 15:34] Amaya Summers: back
[2014/04/10 15:34] Whirly Fizzle: Will the terrain fix be in a future maint RC?
[2014/04/10 15:34] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): right, then it says "can't find script X" or something
[2014/04/10 15:34] Lucia Nightfire: you get the the "Unable to load script state" error afaik
[2014/04/10 15:35] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): /me nods
[2014/04/10 15:36] Lucia Nightfire: it doesn't do that if you rez the object first, where it won't change a script state, like if you onyl set it up to do it with a start param
[2014/04/10 15:36] Lucia Nightfire: reminds me
[2014/04/10 15:37] Lucia Nightfire: is there a prim param that stores the rezzer id in the prim property?
[2014/04/10 15:37] Lucia Nightfire: I'd like to have a function called llGetRezzerID()
[2014/04/10 15:37] Lucia Nightfire: where it would return a agent key for rez from inv or an object key when rezzed by script
[2014/04/10 15:38] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Hm, I think I've seen a feature request for that
[2014/04/10 15:38] Lucia Nightfire: yeah, I'm not entirely sure if I filed it either, lol
[2014/04/10 15:38] Lucia Nightfire: don't think I found it last time I searched
[2014/04/10 15:38] Lucia Nightfire: but it seems familiar
[2014/04/10 15:38] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): there's the object_rez(key id) event, which will tell a script the ID of the object it just rezzed
[2014/04/10 15:39] Lucia Nightfire: this is the reverse
[2014/04/10 15:39] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): eyah
[2014/04/10 15:39] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): yeah
[2014/04/10 15:39] Lucia Nightfire: but it would be handy esp in two areas
[2014/04/10 15:39]  Whirly Fizzle: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SCR-417 (llGetRezzerId() and/or llDetectedRezzer() )
[2014/04/10 15:40] Lucia Nightfire: 1, not neeedign to setup a pre existing listen for comm on rez between two objects
[2014/04/10 15:40] Lucia Nightfire: 2) knowing the rezzer ID would help with trouble shooting and spam isolation
[2014/04/10 15:41] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): for that particular SCR...
[2014/04/10 15:41] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I'm a little confused about why the boolean argument is called 'attached'
[2014/04/10 15:42] Lucia Nightfire: yeah, not sure
[2014/04/10 15:42] Lucia Nightfire: it was probably before llGOD() OBJECT_ATTACH_POINT
[2014/04/10 15:42] Lucia Nightfire: so she wanted to cover two bases?
[2014/04/10 15:42] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): yeah, I was gonna say that OBJECT_ATTACH_POINT covers that knowledge
[2014/04/10 15:43] Lucia Nightfire: atm it would return the object's key
[2014/04/10 15:43] Lucia Nightfire: if it was attached
[2014/04/10 15:43] Simon Linden: so would just key llGetRezzerID(key id) be ok?
[2014/04/10 15:43] Lucia Nightfire: gonna bookmark that jira, ty Whirls
[2014/04/10 15:43] Lucia Nightfire: yes, Simon
[2014/04/10 15:44] Whirly Fizzle: Maestro can take over JIRA bot duties now he has his neural implant :P
[2014/04/10 15:44] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): rather than llDetectedRezzer(), I think it would make more sense to have a llGetObjectDetails() parameter to look up the ID of the object that rezzed the target object
[2014/04/10 15:44] Minuet Voir: *\o/*
[2014/04/10 15:44] Simon Linden: that's true, and it's a easier to add parameters there
[2014/04/10 15:44] Lucia Nightfire: llGOD() would be ok, but I was wondering if a dedicated function would be faster data return?
[2014/04/10 15:45] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): okay whirly!
[2014/04/10 15:45] Simon Linden: it's not any faster
[2014/04/10 15:45] Lucia Nightfire: ok
[2014/04/10 15:47] Lucia Nightfire: any shiney's coming down the pipe?
[2014/04/10 15:48] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): yes
[2014/04/10 15:48] Lucia Nightfire: yay
[2014/04/10 15:48] Whirly Fizzle: How is group banz coming along?
[2014/04/10 15:49] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Baker and Caleb are following group ban more closely than me at this point
[2014/04/10 15:49] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): group banz is overrated, noone needs it :P
[2014/04/10 15:49] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): /me runs
[2014/04/10 15:49] Baker Linden: fixed most fo the bugs viewer-side
[2014/04/10 15:49] Baker Linden: at least groupban-specific ones
[2014/04/10 15:49] Baker Linden: however, caleb found a pretty big bug in the backend code
[2014/04/10 15:49] Whirly Fizzle: Uh ohs
[2014/04/10 15:49] Lucia Nightfire: two cans of RAID
[2014/04/10 15:49] Baker Linden: I've been in meetings all day so I wasn't able to get a fix out yet
[2014/04/10 15:50] Baker Linden: it's when inviting people to the group
[2014/04/10 15:50] Whirly Fizzle: Can only invite to everyone role?
[2014/04/10 15:50] Baker Linden: if a banned resident is 2nd or further down the list, they will get an invite
[2014/04/10 15:50] Whirly Fizzle: Oooh
[2014/04/10 15:50] Baker Linden: no, I fixed that already
[2014/04/10 15:50] Baker Linden: :)
[2014/04/10 15:50] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): i see MAINT-3722 had a few issues that are fixed now :P
[2014/04/10 15:50] Minuet Voir: is that about only anyone role?
[2014/04/10 15:50] Baker Linden: not released yet
[2014/04/10 15:50] Baker Linden: but I fixed that
[2014/04/10 15:50] Minuet Voir: oh
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: no Minuet, that's another bug I've since fixed.
[2014/04/10 15:51] Whirly Fizzle: hehe that wasntg even your bug either :P
[2014/04/10 15:51] Minuet Voir: yay!
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: we have another fix in the release viewer on the way I think
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: well, it was since I refactored those floaters
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: a little bit
[2014/04/10 15:51] Minuet Voir: yeah sending invite to a banned resi problem not something anyone wants ;-)
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: it was a nice side effect of me having to fix something in that code
[2014/04/10 15:51] Minuet Voir: probablya*
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: so if the banned resident is first on the list, it's fine
[2014/04/10 15:51] Minuet Voir: gah
[2014/04/10 15:51] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): did you readd the list of people to the grneral part of the group profile floater?
[2014/04/10 15:51] Baker Linden: the invites won't go through
[2014/04/10 15:52] Minuet Voir: ahhhh
[2014/04/10 15:52] Baker Linden: I only check the first invitee id on the list
[2014/04/10 15:52] Baker Linden: My fix will check each one and if you're banned, it will gracefully skip the banned agent's invite
[2014/04/10 15:53] Minuet Voir: graceful is good :-)
[2014/04/10 15:54] Baker Linden: sometimes it is :)
[2014/04/10 15:54] Baker Linden: I do a lot of graceful failures with group bans, so I don't mind too much
[2014/04/10 15:57] Baker Linden: other systems are pretty binary -- any bad data and it fails completely
[2014/04/10 15:57] Baker Linden: I don't particularly like that paradigm, but I know there's plenty of times it's the best approach. But I figure banning someone from the group isn't really critical
[2014/04/10 15:57] Baker Linden: if it doesn't go through, just re-ban them again
[2014/04/10 15:58] Lucia Nightfire: in atuomated env tahts a different story
[2014/04/10 15:59] Lucia Nightfire: yo'd have to have a scripted agent or object to check that the ban was successful unless theres feedback from teh server in those areas
[2014/04/10 15:59] Lucia Nightfire: such as there is with scritped prim return
[2014/04/10 16:00] Baker Linden: there is some error, but it's pretty basic right now. I have it only return error codes
[2014/04/10 16:01] Nal (nalates.urriah): Can LSL pickup those codes?
[2014/04/10 16:01] Baker Linden: I could make it return more, but for the first pass it doesn't seem too much of a big deal. I'd add the error codes in if we decide to support scripting with it though
[2014/04/10 16:01] Lucia Nightfire: I was hoping it would later on
[2014/04/10 16:01] Baker Linden: umm, maybe Nal
[2014/04/10 16:01] Jenna Felton: i think its stil in the stage of group baning by viewer, not a script
[2014/04/10 16:01] Baker Linden: It's in the response, but I don't know enough about LSL To know that
[2014/04/10 16:02] Baker Linden: I mean, you can probably find it in the viewer log file
[2014/04/10 16:02] Lucia Nightfire: it'd be nice if the addagentto*list functions had feedback, esp "Code 101: Could not add agent cause your banlist is 305 agents long" heh
[2014/04/10 16:02] Lucia Nightfire: or 505 for you estate junkies
[2014/04/10 16:02] Baker Linden: I didn't know those existed
[2014/04/10 16:02] Baker Linden: that's neat!
[2014/04/10 16:02] Nal (nalates.urriah): ...ok, that wouldn't be all that handy. But, if there is something on the viewer side it can be taught to find it.
[2014/04/10 16:02] Baker Linden: well, that addagentto*list
[2014/04/10 16:03] Lucia Nightfire: well we don't even have a llGetBanlist Length() function, heh
[2014/04/10 16:03] Baker Linden: the return code is in the response, so if your custom viewer inspects the response, you could do stuff with it
[2014/04/10 16:03] Jenna Felton: when there will be a LSL function that does the banning and returns some response, than that will be probably also constants for error code that mean something
[2014/04/10 16:04] Lucia Nightfire: ^
[2014/04/10 16:04] Lucia Nightfire: its time for food
[2014/04/10 16:05] Simon Linden: good point, Lucia
[2014/04/10 16:05] Minuet Voir: yes, it is, thanks
[2014/04/10 16:05] Simon Linden: Thanks everyone for another group chat test ... I hope we're getting close
[2014/04/10 16:05] Minuet Voir: Thanks everyone :-)
[2014/04/10 16:05] Nal (nalates.urriah): Thx for your efforts. Thx Lindens
[2014/04/10 16:05] Lucia Nightfire: you know we're close when you can here the screams of teh griffs
[2014/04/10 16:05] Whirly Fizzle: Thanks Lindens
[2014/04/10 16:05] Caleb Linden: thank you all
[2014/04/10 16:06] Baker Linden: thanks everyone! Have a fantastic weekend!

[2014/04/10 16:06] Jenna Felton: thanks all for coming and lindens for the meeting :)
[2014/04/10 16:06] Yuzuru (yuzuru.jewell): Thank you, Lindens.
[2014/04/10 16:06] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): Yes, thanks for coming everybody!
[2014/04/10 16:06] Jenna Felton: have a good weekend everybody
[2014/04/10 16:06] Minuet Voir: Thanks for inventory :D
[2014/04/10 16:06] Amaya Summers: bye everyone until next time.
[2014/04/10 16:06] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I left a comment with some thoughts in SCR-417 btw
[2014/04/10 16:07] Lucia Nightfire: I see
[2014/04/10 16:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): we could probably just have it be a new object details parameter
[2014/04/10 16:07] And all I got was this lousy DN (tankmaster.finesmith): tc everyone
[2014/04/10 16:07] Jenna Felton: I can not coment on the Issue, Maestro, but i think your suggestion is goog
[2014/04/10 16:07] Lucia Nightfire: yeah, the gun and projectile feedback could be another app
[2014/04/10 16:07] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): for parent_id or something
[2014/04/10 16:08] Jenna Felton: suggestion with object details
[2014/04/10 16:08] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I can see the utility of a new Detected function for that, but I'm not sure how tricky it would be to access that information if the detected object is already gone
[2014/04/10 16:08] Jenna Felton: Parent is actually something that has children
[2014/04/10 16:08] Lucia Nightfire: the chatless comm and the spam rezzer isolation apps were my main focus, but I'm sure the content creators can find otehr benefits
[2014/04/10 16:09] Jenna Felton: so i am not sure about that name, Parent_id, but i dont think its more worse than rezzer :)
[2014/04/10 16:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): hehe okay
[2014/04/10 16:09] Lucia Nightfire: yeah, rezzer_id would be enough
[2014/04/10 16:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): I like parent_id because the sim calls it that internally :)
[2014/04/10 16:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): but tomato tomato, really
[2014/04/10 16:09] Inara Breen: ciao, all
[2014/04/10 16:09] Jenna Felton: ahh
[2014/04/10 16:09] Mæstro Linden (maestro.linden): see you next week!
[2014/04/10 16:09] Lucia Nightfire: theres some long winded global namign in the viewer andserver too, heh
[2014/04/10 16:10] Yuzuru (yuzuru.jewell): See you, Maestro.
[2014/04/10 16:10] Lucia Nightfire: anyways, foods
