[13:19] Liisa Runo secondlife has many levels of service. land is not the only thing we get from LL that is not covered in otehr UG's

[13:23] Lisa Fossett Lexie, I know it's Governance or Resi or whatever, but I am frequently getting reports (as a mentor) ARs are not being handled.

[13:24] Lisa Fossett These are not questionable situations. And nothing happens. People are quite concerned (therefore they come to me as if I know more)

[13:25] Qie (qie.niangao) I wonder.... Is there any thought of integrating the Community Platform more effectively with the new user experience, in-world? As in, maybe, interactive kiosks of the KB, Answers, etc., infoHubs, etc.?

[13:26] Eddi (eddi.decosta) honestly the support service, in live chat or phone for french resident is VERY poor , i qualify that like a pure crap.
[13:26] Qie (qie.niangao) I think a lot of the folks here and in the Answers forum would be very eager to try to help with any new initiatives to improve new user experience... so... you can get volunteers quickly, if resident participation will help.

[13:30] Liisa Runo that is the support e-mail i send mail there when every other ways of contacting LL for support has failed. And so far lindens who have replied to my mail's there have managed to help me. (if i give them 2 months time to help me and keep reminding them about my case once a week)
