[8:07] Babbage Linden: afternoon
[8:07] Davie Zinner: Howdy all
[8:07] Babbage Linden: let turn scripts off
[8:07] Becky Pippen: Hi guys
[8:07] You: quiet today
[8:07] Babbage Linden: i think we've fixed the crash bugs, but you never no
[8:07] Babbage Linden: know.even
[8:07] Becky Pippen: yay!
[8:08] Davie Zinner: I have some scripts that compile and run now for the first time -- good progress.
[8:08] Babbage Linden: great
[8:08] Babbage Linden: thanks for not turning up with pitchforks
[8:08] Babbage Linden: we broke some stuff in the last refresh
[8:08] Babbage Linden: but we've fixed most of it now
[8:09] Babbage Linden: along with SVC-1448
[8:09] Babbage Linden: SVC-1720
[8:09] Babbage Linden: and SVC-1712
[8:09] Babbage Linden: amongst others
[8:10] Babbage Linden: the key corruption fix looks like it will fix a number of other issues too
[8:10] Babbage Linden: so that plus the UThread Injector fix that we've already pushed should get us to a good place
[8:10] Babbage Linden: which ones have you done, Scouse?
[8:11] You: Give me a minute
[8:11] Babbage Linden: I did SVC-1690 too
[8:12] Babbage Linden: so, we've got a nice batch of fixes to roll out again
[8:12] Babbage Linden: I'd like to do another refresh either tomorrow or early next week
[8:12] You: SVC-1350 and SVC-1402
[8:12] Babbage Linden: so, quite a few fixes pending
[8:13] You: Int/Float parsing and List comparison
[8:13] Becky Pippen: those last few -- are you saying they are fixed in this sim version now?
[8:13] Babbage Linden: no, we have fixes internally
[8:13] You: No, next one
[8:13] Babbage Linden: that we will deploy during the next refresh
[8:13] Babbage Linden: we're only deploying crash bug fixes immediately
[8:13] Becky Pippen: ok, so svc-1690 is not in this version yet?
[8:14] Babbage Linden: the others are being batched up for the refreshes
[8:14] Babbage Linden: no, look for it after mono beta refresh 4
[8:14] Becky Pippen: ok, thanks!
[8:14] Babbage Linden: which we'll blog and send to the group as normal
[8:14] Babbage Linden: so, once again, sorry for the backwards progress
[8:14] Sidewinder Linden is Online
[8:14] Babbage Linden: hopefully we're back on track now
[8:16] Davie Zinner: In related news, I've been talking with O'Reilly publishing to see if they are interested in an LSL Cookbook for their Cookbook series. They are somewhat interested.
[8:16] Babbage Linden: that would be great
[8:16] Babbage Linden: good timing too
[8:16] You: We'll always support LSL
[8:16] Babbage Linden: as you'll be able to talk about shortcuts which work on LSL2 vs on Mono
[8:16] Davie Zinner: yes.
[8:17] Periapse Linden is Online
[8:17] Babbage Linden: so, any questions or feedback you have for us?
[8:18] You: don't break stuff ;)
[8:18] Babbage Linden: hi peri
[8:18] Becky Pippen: not yet... but I'll get to play with Mono lots more later this week
[8:18] Becky Pippen: Hi Peri
[8:18] Periapse Linden: Cheers, all.
[8:19] Babbage Linden: ok, anything else? if not, we'll make this a short one and get back to bug fixing
[8:19] Davie Zinner: sounds good.
[8:19] Babbage Linden: becky?
[8:19] Davie Zinner: Thanks for all the work you puut in to this!
[8:19] Babbage Linden: thank you for helping us
[8:19] Becky Pippen: nothing more here.
[8:19] Becky Pippen: yes, thanks guys!
[8:19] Babbage Linden: the feedback has been great
[8:20] You: great
[8:20] Babbage Linden: and we appreciate you continuing to work on it
[8:20] Babbage Linden: even when we break things :-/
[8:20] Becky Pippen: :-)
[8:20] Babbage Linden: anything to add peri/
[8:20] Babbage Linden: ?
[8:21] Periapse Linden: No, not from me
