Future triage idea - "reopened"

After looking at VWR-513, I realized that we're going to need to be pretty diligent about relooking at reopened bugs. An issue that gets reopened on jira.secondlife.com doesn't automatically get reopened in our internal database. In that particular case, there was only a loose coupling between the issues (the internal counterpart had a description of a very specific problem, whereas the external issue was so general that it will continually be reopened).

So, one theme for a future triage should probably be to look at all of the "reopened" issues, and make sure that there's a match there. -- Rob Linden 17:22, 15 June 2007 (PDT)
