Proposed warning about landbots

I hope I've followed the correct etiquette here. I suggest a more explicit warning about not setting your land for sale to anyone if you aren't prepared for a landbot suddenly to turn up and buy it might help more inexperienced sellers from making the mistake -- which people do, after all -- ignoring the existing warnings.
