Isn't the description of this somewhat contradictory?

"Teleport to infinite altitudes (up to 4096m)"

has anyone actually decoded this guy's english, I can't make heads or tails of his comments. (please note, I am not a scripter but I DO look for scripts that I can use and understand.)
