Lots of outdated links in this article.

Very little help to "Make a New Feature Request" but still requiring lots of research in the Jira, which comes to naught.

Forum members referred me to this article "abruptly" and it's of little help.

Can the links be fixed so as NOT to point to closed forum entries?
