"Note that registrants can only be sent to orientation islands or locations owned by the same account as was assigned to the Registration API (or to Linden Lab's Orientation Islands). If necessary, contact us to obtain additional assignments, or transfer the estate to the RegAPI account."

--This does not seem to be the case, at least as of 4-26-2007, I can register accounts to start on islands not owned by me. (Peter Newell)

It would also be great to have some flag to send a test registration that does not actually create the account, but confirms whether or not the registration code is correct. (Peter Newell)
