What is it for? How does it affect my vehicle? Is it good (beneficial) or bad (harmful)? How do I use it if good, or avoid its effects if bad?

Please bare with us, documenting the constants was an after thought and currently most of them are stub articles. We have been focusing on documenting the function and so the constants have been a low priority, but I have good news the constants template has been upgraded and it now supports more complex articles. -- Strife Onizuka 19:34, 29 May 2008 (PDT)
