Syntax
I know that you use it in the example, but i can't really figure out how it's supposed to work in case more textparts are sharing the same footnote. Can you give a short syntax description for that case? It might be a nicer way then the red stars of Template:Nnlink/de (e.g. in Volunteer Portal/de)...

- The syntax is as follows
{{Footnote|Footnote text}}
. If you want multiple links to a footnote you use this for the initial usage{{Footnote|Footnote text|handle=unique_identifier}}
and then you can use{{Footnote|handle=unique_identifier}}
subsequently. At the bottom of the page you want to include the{{Footnotes}}
template which will include the table of footnotes in your page. -- Strife Onizuka 06:35, 27 June 2008 (PDT)
- You can of course have the hovertext be different then the footnote text.
{{Footnote|Footnote text|Hover text}}
. You can use the handle with this syntax mode too,{{Footnote|Footnote text|Hover text|handle=unique_identifier}}
(it doesn't matter where you place the handle variable btw, you could have it before the footnote text and hover text). -- Strife Onizuka 06:45, 27 June 2008 (PDT)
