Changed the colour to #00BFFF (LL's new colour for the Second Life logo)

Hi! I have unilaterally changed the background colour of the first row in the {{Prettytable}} to reflect LL's new choice of 'official' colour for the logo.

I'm well aware that there are zillions of places where the colour ought to be changed as well — much of it is under the direct control of the Lindens with Administrator status here on the SL Wiki — but one has to start somewhere... why not here?

I'm a fan of Color-Hex (or similar sites!) which give variants, shades, tints, and all sort of colour combinations/variations, so I can try a few palettes that are consistent with LL's official colours.

But feel free to revert the changes, if you dislike the colour. Or if LL changes their logo colour again!
