Hey there, Jaclyn Iredell here. I'm semi-new to the Secondlife Mentor program, but I am looking forward to helping you guys as much as possible!

I have been in Secondlife (abbreviated SL to save time) since August 4, 2006. When I first started, there were nowhere near as many people as there are now, but it was essentially the same place. An amazing user-created world, changing everyday!

I've seen lots of changes, including voice chat, windlight and the ban of some things that were definitely in need of bans.

I'm not a master builder, by any means, but I am a good builder, and hopefully I can turn you into one as well...

They always say parents want their children to surpass them, and to create a world better than before. I believe Mentors want the same for their pupils. At least I know I do.

I've also had experience making clothes, textures, flexi prim objects, hair, shoes, invisiprims... well you get the idea.

If I could tell you one thing, it would be to learn. Learning sets you ahead of the curve. That's where you wanna be, and that's where you belong. Thus sayeth me. :P

I also actively Role Play in the world, so if you would like to know anything about secondlife roleplay, I can teach you a lot about that as well. I have or currently am roleplaying with these RP groups:

• Malkavian Vampyres (a combative vampyre rp group based loosely on the old white wolf vtm rp) [1]

• Assassini Famiglia (an Italian mobster-like rp) [2]

• Artilleri Residents(a 1950s-60s rp sim. think pinup girls, rollerskates, carhops, diners, etc) [3]

• Adopted Mother (Roleplay as a parent to the secondlife "children")

     * The people who roleplay as children are actually adults playing SL in child avatars. Most of the time, these avatars just
       want someone to help them, and they just want to have fun. But you need to be careful and only adopt from Child Safe Zones,
       which were created to keep pedophilia-like activities out of Secondlife. (Yay!)

• Gorean Sims (Gor sim RP are based on the books of Norman. If you are not familiar with these books, please get familiar with them before entering one of these sims. Gorean lifestyle is very strict and they allow visitors, so please read up on wikipediaor something before venturing off to a Gor sim. This is for your own safety, I promise.) [4]

• Medieval Lumindor (a medieval series of sims based on olde english roleplay. think king arthur and knights of the round table... there are also pirates, gypsy camps, drow, neko camps, elves, dragons, dwarfs, vampyres, etc... but stay in medieval character :DD)

• Doctor Who (we role play as though we are in the story of Doctor Who. If you dont know about the Doctor, please read up on him! Learning is always fun!) [5]

• CSI: NY (Roleplay as a crime scene investigator in NYC!) [6]

• Criss Angel (an RP group based on the magician Criss Angel... interact with the Virtual Criss as he does magic around SL) [7]
