The VTeam blog is the number one place for announcements regarding everything Mentor related. This includes meeting dates/times, meeting transcripts, program changes and additions, as well as ways to get involved in Linden Lab events.
This is a great resource, used for those sticky situations where the in-world team cannot readily handle a request for support, or for account pertinent problems such as billing. Please ask a Liaison Volunteer Specialist on which method of support is best to turn to if a problem’s solution is unclear.
