LSL Categories
Do not take any of what I'm about to write as discouragement. The LSL Portal needs all the content and organization that it can get. I want you to fit in as best as possible with the rest of us misfits.
- It's been the standard that LSL categories should be prefixed with LSL.
- I'd recommend you not make the categories until you have decided what will go in them. This way we don't litter the Category namespace too badly. Basically figure out the category name, set the articles that are going to be in the category as in the category and then write the category article. This way if you decide you don't like the name of the category you can change it easily and nobody is the wiser.
- The best way to avoid conflict is to contribute content in areas where it hasn't already been contributed. Adding is less contentious than editing. Don't let this stop you from editing.
