Hi, why my log in failed?? Always comes a message: please monitor the grid statuspage for updates!!! But if i going on this page i found no updates! Nowhere:-( Can somebody help me? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Lorely Goldshark

- I moved your comment here since the Help Portal talkpage wasn't the apropriate place. In case you're still experiencing this problem, although the grid status is back to normal, please file a support ticket in the support portal, giving as much detail about your problem as possible.

- P.S.: The issue is currently not resolved. Meaning: As long as the issue is still present, a support ticket won't help anyway and all you need will be some patience until the grid status is updated and systems are back to normal.
