I oppose "Software Freedom Day". SL is not free software. We pay for its use. That's fine. It's proprietary software. The opensourced viewer experiment hasn't proved very fruitful. Plans to OS the server code seem in the remote distance. Interoperability with OS projects like OpenSim only raise grave problems of theft of intellectual property and destruction of commerce.

I don't want to celebrate "Software Freedom" as it is an extremist ideology. Keep it to yourself on your own sim, see who shows up, and stop trying to spam dev lists or the public wiki with it, it's intrusive ideological extremism.
