About your page "Could not teleport"

You should use the Jira or check the support page (ex :https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417 or search for "teleport" in the KB).
From time to time, SL encounters problems (inventory, teleport, lag...), you should check later if you are always without tp, often it's only temporary. (I have deleted your page because wiki pages are only designed to provide informations (and not ask questions to support team :) )
