Already after one meeting I am very sorry to have to conclude this German group has no interest in 'third party' contributions and ideas. They refuse to welcome anyone new and interested in this project and are not open for new ideas. Next to that, at forehand they find it normal to exclude everyone not being able or not wanting to use Voice, basically ruling out everyone else intestered. Therefore I have withdrawn from and decided to remove all my contributions to this project Lisa Lowe 12:52, 27 July 2008 (PDT)

  • Konzeptionelles Design

Mit einer großen Gruppe in SL zu arbeiten ist nicht einfach. Bisher wurden ein paar Texturen mit Layouts für die Sims erstellt. Zusätzlich dazu, erstellt manche ebenfalls 3D-Modelle. Dies wird für viele weitaus einfacher sein, sich Dinge vorzustellen und Pläne zu diskutieren.

  1. Vorhergehende design Texturen und zugehörige Informationen können hier gefunden werden(en)
  2. 3D-Modelle sind hier gelistet(en).

Eine große Frage bleibt weiterhin offen. Wieviele neue Residents erwarten wir? Dies wird bestimmen, wieviele Sims für den Eingang benötigt werden. Die übrigen Sims können dann als deutschsprachige Treffensareale ausgebaut werden.[1]

Andere Fragen:

  1. Gruppeneinstieg und wie es umgesetzt werden kann. (Notiz: In den MDStyle Tests wurde folgendes vorgeschlagen: Nach einigen Tagen an denen Namen gesammelt werden, bekommen die neuen Bewohner eine Gruppeneinladung. Außerdem könnte es eine gute Idee sein, sie später erneut in Gruppen zu kontaktieren, um ihnen weitere Tipps geben zu können.) Weitere Anfragen über die 'Willkommen Deutschland' Gruppe, die Jean gegründet hat, automatisierte Gruppeneinladungen und "Aufräumprozduren" innerhalb der Gruppe, gehen an Jean.
  2. Foren Seiten?
  3. In vielen Bereichen gibt es "Willkommen" Schilder (z.B. auf HIP/HIP2). Sollte auch etwas in der Richtung getan werden?
  4. Ist es möglich, dass man eine Sim ab einem bestimmten Alter nicht mehr betreten kann, nachdem ein Bewohner diese Sim verlassen hat? [2][1]
  5. Currently (July 2008) tests are being done with the HI201-HI210. Though it does not work perfectly yet (only the english version appears to work so far), they are introducing the Help > Tutorial as a first guide while joining SL.   2. ^ Neue SL Bewohner sollten zu der OI zurückkehren können, wenn sie die Erfahrung machen, dass sie noch ein wenig mehr lernen müssen/wollen. Es würde ihnen mehr Vertrauen geben, wenn sie wüssten, dass es einen Platz gibt, an den sie zurück kehren können und außerdem könnte es den sozialen Umgang neuer Bewohner miteinander fördern.
